To process a return request, customers must provide clear pictures and/or a video showing the damage, fault, or difference in the product received.
4. Replacement Policy
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the item. Replacement is subject to product availability.
5. Change of Mind
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, or if the customer simply no longer wants the product.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for an approved return. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or a mutually agreed method.
